I am a qualified EFT practitioner and I was trained by EFT Expert and AAMET Trainer Margot Diskin.

I was also awarded practitioner status of Matrix Reimprinting by Ted Wilmont, Matrix Reimprinting and AAMET Trainer.

AAMET International (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques) is the largest Professional EFT Association worldwide. 

 

I have extensive experience in both techniques and I am continuously updating my skills to ensure that I remain at the forefront of evolution in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting.

 

- WHY EFT?

As an adult, recurring and intrusive traumatic memories of my childhood would sometimes creep in and challenge my resilience ...  I realised that I defined (and justified) myself through those memories. That realisation frightened me and triggered an urge to heal the inner child, or better again, let go of her.  If only...! At the same time I kept coming across EFT in my daily life through articles, ads, chats... A dear EFT-trained friend told me "Knowing you, instead of just going for a session, why don't you consider doing the course?" So I did. During one of the first practical training sessions of the course, an old traumatic event came up. Being tapped on for 20 minutes healed the intensity of its memory... and -in a knock-on effect- I noticed that my phobia of rats had also subsequently disappeared!

I then knew EFT was the way to go for me and the technique to share.

 

I'm originally a qualified teacher of foreign languages with a background in theories of teaching languages and in social psychology. I am specialised in Adult Literacy in English for Asylum Seekers, Political Refugees and Migrants (ESOL). I am still involved in teaching English and Literacy to those communities, whose vast majority of members suffer from learning difficulties, depression and PTSD.

EFT has revealed itself to be an incredible tool to help them regain confidence and self-esteem.
 

I am fluent in English, French and Italian. I grew up in France and Italy, but I am now based in Ireland. Limerick is where I am living, and I am proud and excited to share EFT from my new hometown!

 

I was awarded a certificate in Systematic Kinesiology by ASK, Ireland, the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in Ireland.

I am also a trained and qualified Reiki practitioner.
